4. Acceptable Use

Attempt to probe or test vulnerabilities of third-party systems

Monitor illegal content or websites

5. Subscription and Payments

For paid plans:

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Prices may change with 30 days notice
You can cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are provided at our discretion

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Monitoring Accuracy

While we strive for accurate monitoring results, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Monitoring results may be affected by network conditions, geographic routing, and other factors. The Service should be used as one tool among many in your monitoring strategy.
